- Initial consultation: 10,000 yen for 1 hour.
- Advisory fee starts from 50,000 yen per month.
- For dispute cases like litigations, where economic benefits can be easily determined, a system of upfront fees and success-based remuneration is applied.
- International debt collection operates on a success-based remuneration system.
- For cases where economic benefits are hard to determine, fees are based on hourly rates. The hourly rates are as follows: Chief Lawyer: 20,000 to 40,000 yen per hour; Associate Lawyers: 10,000 to 20,000 yen per hour; Paralegals: 5,000 to 10,000 yen per hour.
- The choice of the above fee structures will be determined in consultation during the initial meeting.
