MINT MAT Yoga Studio is an English-friendly studio located in Hiroo, Tokyo. The studio is located a 3-minute walk from Hiroo station, tucked away in a quiet street, surrounded by green, giving students a scenic view, a true oasis in the middle of metropolitan Tokyo! Both English and Japanese group classes are available throughout the week and private classes are also offered for those who want to deepen their asana or meditation practice. Trial group class is offered at ¥3000 (including mat rentals) and a 5 class pass for a month is ¥14000.

Daily classes are given in English and Japanese, with a particular focus on yoga postures for improving one’s health, strength, balance, and mobility.
