I was in Tokyo for a week and decided to use the Starter bundle (3 classes within a week) offer from Nami Yoga.
Namita, BT and Marina were all engaging and accommodated my tight body and injured hip by asking me up front if they should know anything about my capabilities and then providing additional guidance on how to position myself if I couldn’t do the full pose.
I would recommend this studio to anyone travelling in the Akasaka or Roppongi areas. The starter offer is generous and there did seem to be a decent amount of regulars, although the classes were never over subscribed.
