I would like to thank warmly the medical and nursing staff of the hospital who took good care of me during two weeks. It was really reassuring to be into such good hands, especially as a foreigner with bad command of Japanese. Everyone looked very professional and committed to the patient welfare. The facility is modern and the meals very good. Thank you once again. (Google Reviews)

I had a severe abdominal pain at 2am and called up my insurer back in UK and they told me to come here. They took X-rays and told me there is nothing wrong. 2 weeks later back in UK, I had a similar abdominal pain and went to our local hospital and immediately found that it was gallstone. I called up this hospital later asking them to issue medical report for my insurance. The person at the finance department was very very rude to say the least. I got nowhere and ended up paying for the bill of the treatment. So tourists who end up being treated here should insist on issuing medical report right on the spot if you want to get your money back. (Google Reviews)
