I had a very good experience with Iryna sensie. She’s calm speak both Japanese and English. Spacious and very near to the station. See you soon. (Google Reviews)

I think YogaTree is great. All of the Instructors are very knowledgeable, and there is very little ego in the room - just people sincerely committed to the practice. In fact, many Yoga Instructors also attend classes here. Overall, the studio is Iyengar influenced, with an emphasis on correct form and concern for preventing injury. Workshops feature some of the top instructors from around the world on their Tokyo visits. The practice space is also quite good, with custom built flooring. Props are provided, and instruction is often provided in both English and Japanese. You can do Drop In classes if you wish, though now that Covid is upon us it is best to reserve classes in advance. - Namaste. (Google Reviews)
