Went there to check up on my ear since I had trouble with equalising pressure on my flight to Tokyo and needed an ENT. Got an appointment pretty quickly. Everybody spoke very good English and was friendly - I read in the reviews that one receptionist is rude, but can’t confirm this was the case when I visited. Very organised staff and procedures. Short waiting times. (Google Reviews)

I went here April this year during a trip. It was a Saturday and I woke up late and was scrambling to find a hospital that’s still open since most clinics are half day on weekends. I called to ask if they can wait for me because I might arrive near closing time and they were kind enough to accommodate me. The Dr was very thorough in checking my throat infection and also administered a quick strep swab to confirm. The receptionist I had (I think from Eastern Europe) was very kind and patient with the instructions. The bill is expensive but if you have traveler’s health insurance it should be covered. The pharmacy below is definitely more expensive than regular market price but I was too tired and sick to travel to a different pharmacy. Overall decent experience.(Google Reviews)
